What causes my bad chest pain? - frequent heartburn causes

If I have a couple of minutes, and I noted recently, if I get too excited just a bad chest pains and burning pain sometimes spreads to my arms, neck or head. Sometimes I start to tremble and sweat. I also have a cough very bad, if that happens, so I ran out and gasp if I blow too hard. When the chest pain starts to go to a feeling of coldness is felt in terms of my chest and remains on the back of the neck. I also noticed that my back and legs seem to always be very painful for some reason, not even when I exercise.
